When Tracey arrived at Wirral, my initial reaction was one of scepticism. I thought "Why does Wirral need a Service Desk consultant, we know what we are doing?" and "I'm sure Wirral could have utilised her fee better elsewhere". But after working with Tracey, it didn't take long for my opinion to change. In her time at Wirral, Tracey completely transformed the way the Service Desk was run and viewed by others. After undertaking an initial analysis and structuring of the area, Tracey ensured that processes and procedures were put in place to ensure continual improvement and performance - consequently the Service Desk is in a much better place. In addition, whatever new work was thrown at Tracey she dealt with it in a calm and professional manner, regardless of other operational priorities.
