Arval UK IT had seconded operational staff to a key project and needed an experienced interim manager to maintain the operational problem, change, configuration and test management processes and staff.
T2CONSULTING supplied an interim manager who was able to fit into the existing team structure and also make improvements to processes. In this situation both line-management and operational experience meant that all aspects of the day-to-day running of the processes could be met.
T2CONSULTING also reviewed documentation underpinning the support structure in place between Arval UK IT and its internal service provider and by repositioning the arrangement and rewriting the operational level agreement improved the understanding of the relationship and the service levels required.
T2CONSULTING also became involved in the key project as author of the service delivery handbook for the system.
